To reduce upload time, we recommend compressing files which exceed 25MB (megabytes) using a program such as WinZip or WinRAR.

Digital Proof*
For an additional fee of $5.00 we will create a digital proof of your uploaded files and email it to you within 24 hours. You will see this fee added to the total amount charged to your credit card in addition to the price shown above.

After we receive your uploaded artwork, we will review each file. If we find any problems with your files, we will contact you. Otherwise, we will proceed with processing the order. During checkout, you are given the option to receive a digital proof of your uploaded artwork via email. If you choose to receive a proof, you will be charged a small processing fee and receive the proof within 24 hours.

File Format:
We accept the following formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .PDF, .ZIP, .RAR

Resolution:
All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size. Images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing, because they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Images used for print must be at 350 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in image quality.

Color Mode:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artwork and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

Bleed:
For stickers, please build your print-ready digital files by adding 0.1" bleed to each dimension (or 0.05" bleed on all four sides). For example, a 2" x 3.5" sticker with the full bleed should be 2.1" x 3.6". Please design your files using our templates to ensure proper bleed.
